Dear Experts,
I have given passport no of one of the subscribers for applying for name approval ie FORM 1A. Subsequently the din of the subscriber was obtained. while filling the FORM 1 I have given the din details.But the prescrutiny showed error. when passport no is given in FORM 1, no error found msg shown. How to proceed with this? Whether DIN 3 to be submitted to ROC AND WHEN IT HAS TO BE SUBMITTED? THANKS IN ADVANCE.

There is no need to submit DIN-3 to ROC in case of forming new company. After duly formation, if you add any director then it is to be submitted.
Regarding error appearing at the time of uploading form 1 may be due to difference in information given in form 1A and 1. It is not due to DIN-3. DIN-3 is not required at all at the time of forming company.

DIN-3 is applicable only for directors appointed before 01/07/2007.
Error may be due to non approval of DIN. Therefore pl check DIN approval status.
