13 October 2009 To incorporate a Private limited co. in Tamilnadu is that mandatory to file the hardcopy of Inc. docs. to ROC or softcopy along with Form 1,18,32 is enough?
If hardcopy is needed, shd that be submitted in person or can it be sent thru courier? For what further circumstances, we need to go in person after submission of hardcopy and how many times?how many days will it take to approve the incorp of company from the date of filing f 1,8,32?

13 October 2009 Hi,

Submission of hard copy is necessary as there must be uniformity in ROC procedure across the country. You may also have a chat with Concerned ROC person or some practicing CS/CA.

It is advisable to file documents in person with the ROC office otherwise they may be lost in transit.
