we have incorporated a public limited company in 2008.

but before taking certificate of Commencement of Business we have started business and opened Bank account the last date for taking certificate is July,2009

Plz suggest whether we have to close the Bank account and take certificate of commencement of business or closure of the company.
and also suggest implications for not taking certificate of commencement of business.

In Form 1A the applicant has to be a promoter. How does it work if the promoter is a Company registered out of india? Can the PAN of the Authorised Representative be used as the applicant? If so, then the same will also have to be entered in point no. 7: Details of promoters. is that allowed? Please help
