26 November 2009 RESOLVED THAT the retiring Auditors M/s. ABC & Associates, Chartered Accountants, _____________ be and are hereby reappointed as Auditors of the company to hold office till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration as the Board of Directors may determine.
