Within what time subscribers of MOA must pay to Company subscription amount?
What if company did not get subscription amount even after 5 months of Incorporation...
Is there any form which needs to file by company after getting subscription amount...
Please give your valuable views and also please mention which section is applicable

Can a Private Limited Company issue Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures?

This is a request for guidance - We are running a private limited company, which is registered under Delhi ROC. Can you please let me know what are the procedures which we need to follow U/s 185 C.A 2013 for providing loans of Rs.5 Lac to one of our company director.

Our company which satisfies the following conditions:

(a) In company capital no other body corporate has invested any money, i.e., its shareholder does not include any body corporate;

(b) Campany hasn't any liability in terms of any borrowings from banks or financial institutions or any body corporate

Please do let me know your valuable suggestion and guidance.

Please provide me the procedure for dematerialisation of shares of unlisted public company. whether amendment has to be done in the Articles with respect to dematerialisation of shares??

There is a one private Limited Company in which 2 promoters and they are directors.they want to change its object clause. my question are Which are the forms I have to file to ROC?

Our private limited company was registered by ROC on 29.12.2016.Thereafter we have applied for PAN to NSDL
online.Still today i.e. 24.03.2016 we have not received PAN by NSDL.As such there are no business activities till
31.03.2017.Whether we can extend our accounting period till 31.03.2018.
Plese suggest us.

Dear experts, At the time of uploading form Dir-12 for appointment of Director the MCA portal shows error like " There exist no relationship with DIN with the allowed designation - director, Additional director, nominee director,etc. Please enter a valid association detail " kindly tell me what actual error saying?.

WE HAVE SUBMITTED FORM INC-1 FOR APPLICATION FOR RESERVATION OF NAME FOR A CHITY COMPANY.PROPOSED COMPANY INTENDS TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS OF CHIT FUND ACTIVITY HENCE, PARA 14 (a) IS REQUIRED TO BE FILLED ALONG WITH THE APPROVAL OF REGISTRAR OF CHITS. WHILE CONTACTING ROC THEY INFORMED ME TO FILE A DECLARATION AS PER PROVISIO 12A. I DON'T GET ANYTHING LIKE THAT. SO ANYONE PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW TO GET NAME FOR MY COMPANY BY PROVIDING DECLARATION TO ROC.
