WE HAVE SUBMITTED FORM INC-1 FOR APPLICATION FOR RESERVATION OF NAME FOR A CHITY COMPANY.PROPOSED COMPANY INTENDS TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS OF CHIT FUND ACTIVITY HENCE, PARA 14 (a) IS REQUIRED TO BE FILLED ALONG WITH THE APPROVAL OF REGISTRAR OF CHITS. WHILE CONTACTING ROC THEY INFORMED ME TO FILE A DECLARATION AS PER PROVISIO 12A. I DON'T GET ANYTHING LIKE THAT. SO ANYONE PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW TO GET NAME FOR MY COMPANY BY PROVIDING DECLARATION TO ROC.

What is the process forchange of Auditor. in case of private limited company

A company whose balance sheet, annual return and AGM has not been hold 2012-13 onwards and the the management from 2012-13 were resigned in 2015, so can this company file all this return for last four years by holding one AGM and finalise all the annual accounts in one AGM. by digital signature of present Board of directors pls reply its urgent.

I want to know while filing ADT-1 for appointment due to casual vacancy, it requires SRN of relevant form. What relevant form is it talking about. If it is ADT-3 then what if the resigning auditor has not filed it yet and 15 days from the date of appointment of new auditor are going to be over.

In Case of allotment of Shares by way of conversion of loan into equity whether it comes under Consideration for cash or other than cash?
In case of consideration other than cash:
A Director( also a share holder) gave unsecured loan of Rs. 50 Lakhs.
The company went for rights issue and he wants company to adjust his loan amount agaiinst the proceeds of rights issue and further he gave balance amount by way of electronic fund transfer.
Please tell me whether the above mentioned case willl come under consideration of cash or other than cash.
