29 March 2017 Can a Private Limited Company issue Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures?

If so, What is the procedure and forms to be filed?

29 March 2017 yes..... Debentures can be issued by private companies through private placement however since they are NCD u needs to comply with Deposits provisions refer section 73 with rules as well.....
