what if company fails to receive subscription money within 60 days and fails to issue share certificate within 60 days.

Can be penalized as under -
(i) Company: – Rs. 25,000/- to Rs,5,00,000/-
(ii) Officer :- Rs.10,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/-

(ii) Officer :- Rs.10,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/-
