Within what time subscribers of MOA must pay to Company subscription amount?
What if company did not get subscription amount even after 5 months of Incorporation...
Is there any form which needs to file by company after getting subscription amount...
Please give your valuable views and also please mention which section is applicable

60 days from the date of incorporation. The reason being Company should issue Share Certificates to the subscribers of memorandum within 2 (two) months from the date of company incorporation and if subscription money is not fully received share certificate can't be issued.

Sir what if company fails to receive subscription money within 60 days and fails to issue share certificate within 60 days.
