e-stamp duty (online payment) of incorporation documents could not be made since internet connection failed immediately after paying MCA service fee. Seeks remedy.

What is the procedure for formation of a Foreign Company under Companies Act, 1956? I need to know it from the practical angle nad its pretty urgent. Please help.

Can a subsi company pay commission to holding company on the business arranged by him.The company has common directors.

section 297

section 297 is applicable if private company purchases or sells goods or services to public company or it is reverse.Further limit of Rs. 1 crore applies to the company giving services or receiving services.

can any one give me explanation of section 297 as it is very confusing ?

Approval Of Central Govt.

An employee was given loan by limited company. Thereafter he is appointed as director & managing director. Is co. require to take approval ? Which other provision would be applicable?
