Can anyone please guide me with procedure of making application of condonation of delay to CLB for delay in filing Form 8 and also which documents will require for that .

02 May 2010 1. Petition in prescribe format
2. Resolution u/s. 293 (1)(d)
3. Resolution authorising the person to be present before the CLB
4. Resolution approving the acceptance of Loan
5. File Form - 62 in ROC and then applied Send pettiton to CLB bench with in whose jurisdiction the registered office falls.
