If an additional director of a public unlisted company becomes Whole time director , without appointing him as a director is it possible?
Also, tell me the procedure for his appointment as whole time director in a public unlisted company.

section 297 is applicable if private company purchases or sells goods or services to public company or it is reverse.Further limit of Rs. 1 crore applies to the company giving services or receiving services.
