What is the procedure for formation of a Foreign Company under Companies Act, 1956? I need to know it from the practical angle nad its pretty urgent. Please help.

For Forming a Company of a foreigner u need to file same form with concern ROC ie 1A, 1, 18, 32, acquire his DIN no. & digital signature.
The important thing is that u need to submit his VISA & PASSPORT as an attachment with form 1, after name approval. Further there must be 1 Indian Director in that particular Co.
Suppose if 2 foreigners are forming Co. with Capital of 1 lac. with shares of Rs. 10 each, then there must be a Indian also subscribe to MOA, no matter he can subscribe only for 1 share only.
