Hello Members,

I have made an error in DIN application and the fees is also remitted. So is there any way to rectify the same or do i need to file a fresh DIN application.

The circular states :- and charging additional fee of 25 percent of
actual additional fee payable for filing belated documents under the
Companies Act, 1956 and the rules made there under

So, if the actual fee is Rs 100 and additional Fee (for delay)is Rs 400 (Total 100+400 =500), HOW MUCH DO WE HAVE TO PAY IF WE GO BY THE SETTLEMENT SCHEME???

Let me know the procedure of conversion of private limited company into public limited company. Whether existence private limited company has special eligibility? i.e. minimum share capital, working capital, working employees , number of years in private limited company , Company Turnover etc.
Please clarify the above points since it will help me

HELLO EVERYONE,

I HAVE FILLED THE DIN-1 FORM(MUMBAI) AND RECEIVED PROVISIONAL DIN. NOW I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT OF RS.100 AND SEND THE DIN-1 ALONGWITH DOC TO UP.

BUT I CANNOT ACCES THE LINK WHERE I CAN PAY THE FEES.

THERE IS NO "PAY MISCELLANEOUS FEE" OPTION UNDER "SERVICES" ON MCA PORTAL AS STATED IN THE FORM.

PLEASE HELP.
