Please Provide me format of appointing chartered accountant other than retiring auditor under companies act.

"RESOLVED that M/s. B.Chakrapani & Co,Chartered Accountants,4/200, M.G.Road, Cochin-682016 be and are hereby appointed as Auditors of the company in place of M/s. Pallavi Jain & Co,Chartered Accountants,25/234, Safdar Jangh Enclave, New Delhi,110001,the retiring auditors, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and that they may be paid a remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- plus out of pocket expenses."
