My name is satyanarayana.P i have a small query regarding donations.

can a private Limited Company give donations to a Society registered under section 80G of the Income tax act? and is there any limitation on this?
Please guide me

is there any restrictions for providing the donations to society (like it will not exceeds some percentage of profit or share capital)
