29 May 2010 The circular states :- and charging additional fee of 25 percent of
actual additional fee payable for filing belated documents under the
Companies Act, 1956 and the rules made there under

So, if the actual fee is Rs 100 and additional Fee (for delay)is Rs 400 (Total 100+400 =500), HOW MUCH DO WE HAVE TO PAY IF WE GO BY THE SETTLEMENT SCHEME???

29 May 2010 As per paragraph 3 of General circular No.1/2010 dated May 26,2010 the fee payable in the referred case is as follows:-
Normal fee -- Rs.100/-
Additional fee -- Rs.400/-
25% of Adl. fee -- Rs.100/-
Total fee payable-- Rs.600/-

31 May 2010 The answer is corrected as follows:-
Normal fee --Rs.100/-
Additional fee (25% of Rs.400/-) --Rs.100/-
Total fee payable --Rs.200/-
