My Cient being a Private Ltd.Co. in which the directors are my cousin Brothers,their mother & spouses.
My query is whether i can coduct the statutory audit of the said company or not.Please clarify the same from the law & tax point of view.

there is nothing in the laws tax debar you from doing this audit as relative.
