What is the remedy for the notice for notice received u/s 159/166/210/220 of the Companies Act,1956 for non-filing of annual return and other submissions.

Now can we file the same for last 2-3 years at a time,if yes kindly advise.

what is the procedure to be followed in respect of FEMA for investing in BID SECURITY with foreign govt. The amount involves is Rs.70 lacs. This can be given in the form of BANK GUARANTEE to the foreign govt or through foreign currency. Pls let me know if any RBI Guidelines to be followed?

a public ltd. co. provides a corporate guarantee on behalf of a private ltd co. having a common directorship

whether it can be considered as a indirect loan u/s 295 (1) (c) and required a CG approval.

or whether it comes u/s 372A (1)(b)

or whether the co. has to comply the provisions of both this sections
