Pls let me know the ways to find out list of allottes of a company for a particular financial year....


one way is to check e-form 2 which i tried already...... but in register of members of that company somewaht other info is showing..... so my query is which one to refer to know list of allottes.... is there is any way out to check it from MCA website or any other best and reliable option....... i have to check for FY 1 April,2008 - 31 march,09

I was reading 13th Edition by CA Munish Bhandari for CA Final. As per this edition, Sec. 274(1)(g) is not applicable to Private Limited Co.'s .

So, it menas that director of Public Co. defaulting U/s 274(1)(g) can become director in pvt co. ?

or a director of a pvt. co is not disqualified as per Sec 274(1)(g) ?

One of my client incorporated a company in hyderabad in the year 2009 and have not filed any returns for FY 2009-10. I would like to know what was the late filing fee for filing Annual Accounts with ROC if we filed now?

can a listed company propose & pay dividend out of current year pre tax profits if it has accumulated losses of previous years? The previous years accumulated losses are due to the provisions of deferred tax liabiliies.

While filing the Form 2 for a Pvt Ltd Company an error shown "as per MCA database this is a dormant company & it has to file form 61 & all annual returns"

The Company was incorporated in 2001 & had not filed any return, now which form should be filed first Form 61 or Annual filing of earlier years

And u all guide for the said filing of form 61

A private limited company invested some money in a proprietorship firm.Income of the company from this investment in form of interest is more than income from normal operation of the company.Is there any provision in the companies act or In It act against this view.

my question is, can a pvt company removed its director without his consent if yes in which situation.?if a pvt company removed any director without his consent,and appoint other person in his place, is this act is valid.?

we are mfg of dyes in powder form. While selling to customer we use spl kind of bags.

Whether we need to consider the cost of these bags as packaging exp in calculating Gross Profit?
