22 August 2011 Dear Experts

I have to file form DIN-4 for the intimation of PAN card no. of Directors as the last date 30th sep is approaching near by and the no of directors for which i have to file this form is around 52.......now my doubts are..

1. in these 52 directors some of them are foreign directors...... so while filing form DIN-4 intimation of which thing is required to be done as they don't have PAN card no's as in case of indian nationals ?

2. is there is any way out on MCA site to get Directors D/O/B , father's name , address , PAN card no's at one place

for Addresses i have used MCA site and got the address details of most of directors....but my main problem is to complile other details of all directors..... for this i have seen form 32 and Annual return of companies also in which they r directors...... but in some cases from Annual return and form 32 filed i didn't get the required and reliable info..... moreover it is time consuming also but i have to do this in a quick time..... i m getting tensed in all this....... pls guide me how and from where to get these detais to finish it off in quick time....

22 August 2011 u have the Director's DIN no, is enough to find the details, Open the Fresh Form 32 from MCA portal and Fill up the DIN No and u can get the Particular details related to the Director.,

And u can easily find whether the Directors are furnished their PAN in ROC or Not - 1. Open the portal https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/knowpan.do
and enter the director first name, sur name, and DOB, click submit

2. Open a fresh form 1A and enter the DIN no in Point No 15 u can find the Particular director PAN No is Exist or not

and then u can file DIN 4 for Director, those who r not furnish their PAN no.
