IF one listed Company Appointed Auditor in AGM on 17th August, 2011 until the conclusion of next AGM, in the Meantime if they want to Change the Auditors for the next Financial Year and supposed next year AGM will be held on 2nd September. In this case please tell me know who will done the first quarter review audit of Company for the Quarter ended 30.06. 2011 ?? Is there two separate auditors will present in AGM or what is the procedure to solve this ??
