22 August 2011 Can anyone please tell me that after the notification of MCA regarding the increase of ROC Fees for Form-1A:

now whether after 24th july, 2011, the form-1A after being filed and approved if the name is not adopted by the Company within 60 days then is there no chance to renew the form by filing half of the ROC Fees?

22 August 2011 If the company is not incorporated with in 60 days, name allotted will be lapsed. In other words, can't be renewed by paying one half of the fees.
For details ,pl see clause 6 of MCA General Cirular 45/2011 dated 8/7/2011.
