One director can involved with more than one organization.If yes than what is the procedure to involved in it. As already having director for one Pvt. Ltd Firm.

I have upload Form 5 in Mca for a company. After upload has completed Fees page was displayed and an error in the site occured and I cant take that challan. If i upload the form again it shows, Form 5 is already pending. When I checked the Transaction status there is an unpaid SRN and in Transacion payment status it shows the challan for this SRN number is not exist. I cant get challan and i cant even file the Form 5 again.

Please give a suggestion to over come this problem

Dear Sir,

we have incorporated a private company 2 days back.
but there is an error in the mailing address from our part and now we have filed form 18 with correct address.

now if they have sent the certificate to postal address, since there is a error, we might not get the certificate.


how to proceed?

2) Board of Directors are authorised in case of further issue of capital, if authorised by Articles of Association(AOA)? if not authorised by AOA then what to do?

2. allotmennt of shares, no. of shares 2175000 of rs. 10 each?
3. allotment of shares, no. of shares 800000 of rs 10 each?

we have uploaded form1 after prescrutinising the form however we escaped the prescrutiny of form 18 and 32 and uploaded all the forms and payment of Rs.4800 was deducted from our account on 16/09/2011 and we have not received any acknowledgment.presently system is showing that form 1 has already uploded but how this is possible because all the form should be accepted before making payment. kindly suggest the solution so that we receive the conformation for the same.
