I have resubmitted form 1 for company registration. But now I recd mail that that your form kept under PFR (6) as both option of rusub/pucl lapsed.
Somebody told me to file form 67 addendum. Pls help our to clarify the process. Also while typed SRN of in Form 67 it is showing invalid SRN.Plsssssss help out from this situation. Thanks.

WHAT IS DPIN NO.? IS IT DIFFERENT WITH DIN NO.?

In calculation of limit of 10% of remuneration under sec 198 do we need to calculate the percentage of holding co. or subsidiary co.
If we calculate 10% of profit u/sec 198 r.w. sec 309 of a subsidiary company and if it is above the limit of 10% then do we need to take approval of CG.

In the context of Notification dated 14th July on this matter the remuneration of director of subsidiary company will be the remuneration paid by holding company and for calculating 10% of NP u/s. 198 the limit of 10% shall be calculate from subsidiary co or holding co. or profits of holding and subsidiary to be added.

We have Two directors in our company out of which one has suddenly resigned. Company is not in a position to appoint another director for atleast 3 months due to certain circumstances. Kindly advise on matter. Within what time limit do we to appoint another director.

I have upload Form 5 in Mca for a company. After upload has completed Fees page was displayed and an error in the site occured and I cant take that challan. If i upload the form again it shows, Form 5 is already pending. When I checked the Transaction status there is an unpaid SRN and in Transacion payment status it shows the challan for this SRN number is not exist. I cant get challan and i cant even file the Form 5 again.

Please give a suggestion to over come this problem

we have incorporated a private company 2 days back.
but there is an error in the mailing address from our part and now we have filed form 18 with correct address.

now if they have sent the certificate to postal address, since there is a error, we might not get the certificate.


how to proceed?
