22 September 2011 its 50 Lacs only to use word India or Hindustan or Bharat as the 1st word in a company's name.you can check the deatiled naming guidelines attached to this msg.

22 September 2011 Dear Priyanka Jiaswal,

The Fifty Lacs for naming the company starts with Hindustan or Bharat is old one, i think. The new companies name availability rules, 2011 has been increased the authorised capital to 2 crore for the above said name and the maximum prescribed Authorised Capital is Rs.25 Crore for the corporation. kindly suggest me if i'm wrong.
