its 50 Lacs only to use word India or Hindustan or Bharat as the 1st word in a company's name.you can check the deatiled naming guidelines attached to this msg.

The Fifty Lacs for naming the company starts with Hindustan or Bharat is old one, i think. The new companies name availability rules, 2011 has been increased the authorised capital to 2 crore for the above said name and the maximum prescribed Authorised Capital is Rs.25 Crore for the corporation. kindly suggest me if i'm wrong.
