Pvt.co in which two Director one (NRI)
While filing form 1 ,can the MOA & AOA
needs to be witnessed by notary & consularised in foreign country in respect of recent MCA circular which has been withdrawn.
Can any body help in this matter.

The subscription pages of the MOA , AOA and the declaration of the NRI subscriber has to be witnessed and consularised at the place of execution being outside India.
