Q1. If a company enter in to a contract with a proprietary concern for getting engineering services and after six months a proprietor of shch concern is become director in such company then Section 297 or 314 or any other section shall apply or not. Please guide me.

Can a Private Ltd Company accepts deposits from its employee, their friends and relatives for short period of 3 months under Acceptance of Deposits Rules 1975?

AS per provisions,1)Bonus should not be more than 25% of paid up+ free reserve....
2)Further it should not be more than 25% of equity share cap in FY..

What's the differnce b/w above two???

The articles of association of our Company has provided that one of of our director say "Mr.X" will be a permanent director of the company, so long as he holds 1/3rd of the issued caiptal. One of our shareholder of the company say "Mr. Y" sends a special notice to the company for removal of the director Mr. X in the General Meeting by ordinary resolution.
My queries is Can Mr.x be removed from directorship?
