AGM appointed CA firm on 8/09/2012

If so, then I would like to know further procedure to follow and what compliance are to be completed by ca ?

A Pvt Ltd company was incorporated on 13.09.2011 the subscribers submitted the MOA & AOA for subscription of 20000 shares of Rs.10/- each but the amount was not submitted by the subscriber within 31.03.2012 and presently returns are due to be submitted to the ROC.

I have to file Form 1A for incorporation of a new Private limited company with 3 Director. but in Form1A there is space for only 2 Directors. so wheere so should i specify the name of three directors?

Hereby I want to ask that is anybody other than Directors in Private Limited can have signing authority on behalf of the company to sign Cheques or documents related to business of company if he is having normal joint account with one of the director of company & is doing work with him? This company is an EVENT MANAGEMENT pvt ltd company with 2 directors having no other members.
If not pls tellme the whole procedure related to signing authority in PVT LTD company.
