23 December 2012 I have to file Form 1A for incorporation of a new Private limited company with 3 Director. but in Form1A there is space for only 2 Directors. so wheere so should i specify the name of three directors?

Form-1A is a explanation of minimum number of directors, you you want more than 2 directors in case of private or more than 3 in case of public limited company you can give details in Form-32 at the time of registration of company after name approval.

23 December 2012 Alternatively, the details of the 3rd director can be given as an optional attachment to e-form 1A.
