I HAD STARTED A PVT LTD COMPANY THREE YEARS AGO. ALL THE NECESSARY FILLINGS HAVE BEEN DONE WITH MCA. IN OTHER WORDS THERE IS NO DEFAULT BY THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY WAS IN TRADING OF PAPER.LAST TRANSACTION WAS DONE IN JULY 2012. IN BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS THE CO HAS FIXED ASSETS BUT NO LIABILITIES OR LOANS.
I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I SHUT THE COMPANY. IN OTHER WORDS I DONT WANT ANY COMPLIANCE WHICH NEED TO BE FOLLOWED AFTER EXIT. AND IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EES AND FTE

I had an Pvt Ltd company and want to close it. I haven't file any document like 23AC, 23ACA, 20B ect with ROC for FY 2011-12 till yet.
Please let me know that weather I have to file all form for FY 2011-12 and only after I can close the company or there is any other procedure through which I can close the company without old filings??
a pvt.ltd. company is incorporated in 03/02/2011. now company wants to make its Financial year for 15 months for its first AGM but according to Income Tax Act it is mandatory to close Financial year 31/03/2011.
so the company has to prepare 2 balance sheet as per Income Tax Act and Company Act.

I had sign lots of power of attorneys. Are they valid if i resign from the post?
Or can we appoint two company secretary for one company, one for Secretarial Compliance and one for Corporate & legal Compliance?
