I am a company secretary of the Company. I want to resign from the post and wanted to appoint someone else on that post but i want to be on senior position means above company secretary.
I had sign lots of power of attorneys. Are they valid if i resign from the post?
Or can we appoint two company secretary for one company, one for Secretarial Compliance and one for Corporate & legal Compliance?

You signed power of attorney will be valid after your resignation.
A company can appoint a company secretary more than one but Form-32 will be filed for only one CS other will be only assistant CS, but second will not filed Form-32.
