Dear Sir,
I have a limited company have 3 directors and 4 others subscribers of the MOA.
Now i want to sell the company what would be procedure and how shares will be transfered and how to inform to ROC and at what is the Time limit to inform ROC.

Hello Vipin,
Transfer the shares to purchaser execute proper share transfer deed
if change in registered office of the company then file Form 18 on mcA21 portal
Change the Directors by filing Form 32 on MCA Portal
The form should be filed within 30 days of the event.
