Hi, I am learning.
There is a company registered in KA, that wants to do transactions in other states.
Buying, Selling, Exporting.
If they have an IEC the got in KA is this ok, or does something else need to be done?

Hi
If you get NIC code then you can do business all over India, you can do business in other states also.
You can also open branch office in other places in different also.
