kindly tell me that whether auditor appointed in AGM can resign in the month of September meaning thereby that if auditor is appointed in the AGM of F.Y.2011-12 got next AGM i.e. for F.Y.2012-13 than can we make his resignation in the month of September 2013 by casual vacancy and appoint another auditor?

If a company want to appoint a director can be directly appointed OR first appoint addtional director and than regularise in annual meeting of the company.


Can a company has both the director as additonal director till the next AGM.

We had applied for the name availability through a CS for the New Pvt Ltd Co to be formed. Unfortunately, The CS had expired. How to find from the MCA about the staus of the pending application (if made by the CS) on our behalf?

I filed a petition for condoantion of delay of form-8 for which form 21 is filed with ROC on 21/11/2013 and same was approved on 30/11/2013.

Now i want to know sir, is there any further formality which i have to do as form-8's status is showing "pending for form-21".

ROc people are also not giving any answer. Pls guide me what i have to do further.
