We had applied for the name availability through a CS for the New Pvt Ltd Co to be formed. Unfortunately, The CS had expired. How to find from the MCA about the staus of the pending application (if made by the CS) on our behalf?

You must additionally enquire with MCS dept concerened official in this regard whether any application complete in all respect have been made in this regard, If not then you must apply freshly.
