can a holding co. bear expenses such as salary, rent etc of its subsidiary co. if no, what are the consequences if a co. does so?

Now MD of my company wants these shares in the joint names of he and his wife.......whereas his wife is not a subscriber but 50000 shares our MD wants in joint names .... dis means he wants share certificate in joint names...how dis is possible at the time of incorporation

In case of Pvt. Ltd Company having three Directors , two directors want to remove another Director from the company, the Director does not want to resign from Directorship. Suggest the modes of removal from the Directorship. THE DIRECTOR IS ALSO A SUBSCRIBER AND HOLDS MORE THAN 25% share.

Scenario: X Company(Unlisted) wants to acquire a division of Y Company(Listed) by means of postal Ballot.
Query: Can the Y company issue a notice to its members without stating the name of the X Company which is going to acquire its business?

If a Pvt. Ltd. company having only three members which has purchased land say for Rs.1 crore.

Now if all the three members transfer their share to another menbers say for nominal consideration then what will be the consequnce?

If a Name of a Proposed Co is approved by ROC through form 1A & such form if not responded within 60 days ie proceedings for incorporation is not being carried out then is it possiable that after 60 days can such name be applied for registration of that co.

A Pvt company wan get Defunct, so Can Directors of company claim the expenses paid by them against the asset of company. The company is not working for last 4-5 years.
