NBFC

A company receiving its income only from Interest on investment . Almost 80% of revenue is from receipt of interest.

Will this situation means that the company is NBFC?
What is the provision for a company to automatically fall under the catagory of NBFC?

Please Guide....

DIN Application for NRI

Hi all,

Greetings of the day!

Can anyone specify me that

We are going to submit one DIN application for Foreign Director. His identity and resi proof is his passport which does not contain his father's name. He does not have any other document which contains his father's name.

1. Whether the application without any proof of his father's name will be accepted by DIN Cell ?

Split of Shares

Dear All,

We want to transfer 20 % of 50000 shares to Mr. X i.e. 10000 shares.
But our shareholdings is as follows
Mr. a 8000 shares
Mr. b 7000 Shares
Mr. c 7000 Shares
Mr. d 7000 Shares
Mr. e 7000 Shares
Mr. f 7000 Shares
Mr. g 7000 Shares
In these case if We want to transfer 10000 shares how we can split these shares.

Please tell me the Procedure?

share caPITAL

can share application money + subscribed share capital be more than authorised capital for a non-listed pvt ltd co.,. If the answer is 'no' why and what are the consequences.

Dear Friends

Please note that my company has recently got converted into unlisted public Company. So for meeting the requirement of min 3 director we appointed our Director - Finance as executive director of the COmpany. However now we also have to meet up with the requirement of forming audit committee. Thus can i now file new form 32 and appoint the said director as my non executive director.
