To carry on the business of consultancy,which includes aspects relating technical,financial,marketing,personnel,computer soft ware,computer hard ware,materials management,production planning,project management on turnkey bases, revival and rehabilitation of sick units,security,environmental safety audits, portfolio management,investment analysis, public issue management, manpower planning and recruitment,management information system and other aspects of general management.
