Dear Friends
Please note that my company has recently got converted into unlisted public Company. So for meeting the requirement of min 3 director we appointed our Director - Finance as executive director of the COmpany. However now we also have to meet up with the requirement of forming audit committee. Thus can i now file new form 32 and appoint the said director as my non executive director.
Kindly advise

If he is a Director-Finance on a Whole-time basis how will you appoint him as non executive director?
