- Two private Company (A & B)with a common director

- Company B (not a director)receiving commission on sale of goods, from the company A for the annual sales made to the other parties Outsider).

-Is the Section 297 shall be applicable on the Company A for the payment of Commission to the Company B in which a director are also a promoter Diretor?

-Is there any difference for Supply and receipt of services ?

First name as per NSDL (Applying PAN) is the Father name of the Applicant whereas the First name as per DIN1 Form is the Applicants name himself. Hence while attaching the PAN No. as proof of identity it gets rejected in online verification.What is the solution. Expecting a reply

Our is a private Limited Company . We are purcahsing one of the raw material from our Group company which is public limited company .We are having one common director in both the companies and ultimate holding company is same for us .Now whether section 297 is applicable to our purchase from our group company . Is section 297 applicable to public limited company only not to private limited company .
