28 May 2011 Dear Sir,
while viewing public documents like E Forms,
1.what is the date of filing the document?
Whether the date of document as given in the THIRD COLUMN IS THE DATE OF FILING THE FORMS.

2.Can Notice of AGM be given in prior to the "Board meeting" in which Board Report/Annual Accounts is adopted.

Pls do reply.

30 May 2011 Answers to your queries:

1) DAte of filing the document - date on which the document is uploaded and SRN is generated.

2) AGM date and the draft notice and agenda will have to be approved by the Board and hence the AGM can be called only after the Board Meeting.

However in my opinion Board Report / Annual Accounts can be approved in a subsequent Board Meeting but before the AGM date.
