I filed 23B for my client after 4th August and the Form fees was 3000(300 was the fee and penalty was 2700). Now, MCA has made filing of 23B possible without late fee till 23rd December. This was done just recently. As you probably know, filing of Form 23B prior to 4th August was absolutely free.
Now, since late fee has been waived, will I be able to get the penalty of Rs.2700 refunded? If so, how?

Our date of incorporation is 06th February 2010. By What time, we should have conducted the first AGM and what are the due dates to file ROC returns. Please note there is no operation done in company. the BS will look like Share capital in Liabilities and Cash in Hand and Miscellaneous Expenses in Asset side.

What is the time limit within which a transfer deed should be presented with prescribed authority in case of a public, private and listed company ? What is procedure for revalidating a transer deed in case of a public, private and listed company?
Company- Incorporated as Public Coompany (unlisted)
(Form 1, 32, 18, MOA, AOA duly complied)
In Form 32 - 4 Director mentioned.
However in AOA - Only 3 Director name mentioned.Name of 4th Director was missed while typing.
AOA got filed with 3 names only but in Form 32 we entered 4 name along with consent letter. Consent of 4th Director was taken as to subscription to MOA & AOA.
NOW QUESTION:
What is the way to add 4th name in AOA without conducting any EGM.

Please consider it as an urgent.
I received an Application for Transmission of Shares from the Grandsons of the deceased Shareholders to transmit the shares in their name in ration of 50:50.
Now, Shares are held physical mode only. So, I have to split the Existing Share Certificate into Two Certificates in the name of Applicants.
Hence my question is unlike the procedure for transfer where we first split and issue new certificates and then endorse it to new persons, can't we directly issue the new share certificates in the name of the Applicants?
Please guide as soon as possible.
