19 October 2012 Incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary:

“RESOLVED THAT the consent of the Board of Directors of the company be and is hereby accorded for incorporating a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the name and style, ‘………………………………’ (the name availability of which has been confirmed by the Registrar of Companies, ……..
