I filed 23B for my client after 4th August and the Form fees was 3000(300 was the fee and penalty was 2700). Now, MCA has made filing of 23B possible without late fee till 23rd December. This was done just recently. As you probably know, filing of Form 23B prior to 4th August was absolutely free.
Now, since late fee has been waived, will I be able to get the penalty of Rs.2700 refunded? If so, how?

Kindly check the financial year for which you have filed Form 23B. As MCA has permitted to file this form without any late fee that is only for Accounting Year 2012-13.
