Whether labour contracts entered into by a company for loading and unloading food-grains while transferring them from place of produce to distributors be taxable under service tax?

Sir I want to know since when reverse charge mechanism on transportation charges become applicable n is it have retrospective effect or not? Because my transportation agency, considering benefit in voluntary service tax payment scheme, is forcing us to pay his service tax

if some one has not filled his service tax return from since 2008 onwards and his yearly income is from courier service is yearly-80000/- only ? in such condition what are should assesse do. any concession or relief is there in service tax? tell me its urgent

A person is involved in the business of embroidery (hand work, adda work and other related embroidery work) by employing certain workers under him. The orders for this are being taken from 100% EOU as well as other companies.

I want to know whether the service tax is applicable on the billing. If so on what amount and what about the TDS part.
