if some one has not filled his service tax return from since 2008 onwards and his yearly income is from courier service is yearly-80000/- only ? in such condition what are should assesse do. any concession or relief is there in service tax? tell me its urgent

Your turnover is below the basic exemption of service tax, but Courier business basically will run on the brand name of the big companies, so your turnover also will cover under service tax
