Payment from nre/nro account

Hi All

I am a NRI, have purchased a residential property in Mumbai, India for investment purposes.
I am not availing any loan facilities in India and need to make payment to the builder based on the remittances I have made from my overseas earning.
Wanted to know, from which account(NRE/NRO) should I make the payment in the following two situations:
1) In case I dont go for property registration.
2) In case I go for property registration.

Will like to know if there are any restrictions in the nature of payment I make from either of the accounts and what are the tax implications.

Deduction u/s.80c :ppf for minor

Whether I can claim deduction u/s 80C in respect of PPF deposit in my minor son's name in our HUF File ? I have already been taking deduction of my own PPF deposit in my individual file.

Urgent tax query

A sale transaction involving three parties 1. Manufacturer 2. dealer 3. purchaser the purchaser is an EOU providing CT3 form for excise duty exemption. wherein name of manufacturer is mentioned. and manufacturer would send goods directly to end purchaser. now we being dealer, how shall we raise bill on party with our profit markup on the same and how to deal with sales tax part of it.

Transfer of ao ward

Dear experts, I have received an demand us 143(1). I have to submit some proofs to AO. My AO ward is in Hyderabad but I live in Chennai. How can I transfer my ward & how much time will it take for transfer. Because I need to appeal before my AO within 30 days of demand. Any alternative s because I can't travel to Hyderabad. Thanks.

We need your help on Professional Tax Calculation.

In our Company we have following fixed components :

Basic, HRA, Conveyance Allowance Education Allowance & Special Allowance.

As of now we are not considering Conveyance Allowance for calculating PT. Actually our internal auditor is informing us that whatever monthly gross is there on that we need to calculate PT Amount. Also confirm us whether we need to consider Bonus Payment also for calculating PT Amount.

For Example :

2014-15 FY Q1 TDS RETURN WE ARE FILED AS NIL RETURN BEFORE DUE DATE i.e 08/07/2014 NOW WE WANT TO REVISE THE RETURN. CHALLAN S DATE 04-05-2014 194H, THERE IS ANY LATE FILLING PROVISION ATTRACT. TO DAY WE ARE FILLING REVISE RETURN TOTAL CHALLANS 7.
