20 September 2014 repeated sir i wants to know if i earn interest on my fd above 10,000/- then how can i refund my tds amounts

20 September 2014 You can claim refund by filing Income Tax return.

If your income is non taxable then you may Submit form 15G/15H with bank at the start of a financial year so that TDS is not deducted from you. But once deducted you have to file your income tax return to claim refund of TDS.

22 September 2014 Thanks you sir for your earliest reply.i have pan card i give it copy to bank and also submit 15h form with my fd detail.but in advances i wants to if any proses related interest charges and tds refund (one more thing i have physically challenged lady if there any benefit for me.i have civil surgeon certy mention with 40%.)

22 September 2014 you can claim the deduction u/s 80U if your disability if 40% them you can claim Rs. 50000/- deduction .
and if you submit the form 15H/15G form in starting of year 1.4.201..... and your income not exceeds from rs. 250000/- then bank will not deduct the TDS on intt.

24 September 2014 thank you very much sir i was doing job in pvt sector and my salary is per year 1,20,000/- now i have to submit form 15H/G to before march - 2015 is it OK

25 September 2014 Submit form 15H/G for the Financial year 2014-15 at the earliest and not in March.
