Whether I can claim deduction u/s 80C in respect of PPF deposit in my minor son's name in our HUF File ? I have already been taking deduction of my own PPF deposit in my individual file.

PPF deposit in the name of any member of the HUF can be claim u/s.80C

for you can take deduction of PPF OF YOUR MINOR SON.
but in HUF only take member name a/c . and deduction take only one time not more than one time.
